StarTimes is set to roll out its updated subscription pricing packages on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Initially announced on January 6, 2024, the revised price list reveals a 15% increase across all packages, ahead of AFCON 2024.
In a statement posted on its official X handle, StarTimes clarified that the price adjustment is aimed at ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality content to its valued subscribers. This price revision applies to both its Terrestrial TV (Antenna) Service and Satellite TV (Dish) bouquets.
Starting January 10, subscribers enrolled in the Nova bouquet, currently priced at N1,500 per month, will experience a 13% increase, bringing the new monthly fee to N1,700. Meanwhile, users subscribed to the StarTimes Smart bouquet will witness a 6% fee adjustment, seeing their monthly subscription rise from N3,500 to N3,708.
For special and super subscribers, the new monthly subscription rates will be N5,600 and N7,500, respectively, representing an increase from the previous rates of N5,000 and N6,500.
