Just few days ago it was shared with you here that Xiaomi is warming up to launch its Xiaomi Note 12 series, and now, the company has confirmed that the Note 12 series will be launch in Oct 27.
A leak has also surfaced online and it shows a Redmi Note 12 phone, likely the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ with a curved display. We can expect the panel to be AMOLED.
Further, Redmi recently posted a teaser on its official Weibo handle, revealing the Redmi Note 12 Pro phones will come with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor, with a 1/1.56″ outsole and 2μm fusion large pixels. It will also have OIS (optical image stabilization).
The company says the Note 12 Pro will make use of Xiaomi’s self-developed imaging technology and will offer better image quality optimization, improved speed as well as intent recognition. The handset is claimed to have better imaging styles and more advanced features.
The Redmi Note 12 series is said to feature an AMOLED display and support for a high refresh rate. The Pro phones in the series are expected to be powered by the Dimensity 1080 chipset. This processor has an octa-core CPU architecture design, including two Arm Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.6GHz, with Arm Mali-G68 GPU.
Information regarding this device are still sketchy but we know that the phones will feature “two major technologies”, one of them being “first in the world”. We also know that the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ has been certified to handle 210W charging.
