Vivo has quietly launched a new affordable smartphone in Indonesia. Its highlight feature is the 44W FlashCharge – most of the similar offerings from the company are rated at only 18W.
Vivo Y35 features a 6.58-inch Full HD+ 90Hz LCD screen, and a 16MP camera inside a V-shaped notch. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G SoC and features a triple camera with a 50MP module (f/1.8 lens) as the main attraction since the two other modules are a 2MP macro cam and a 2MP depth sensor. Both it and the rear cam have dedicated night modes.
It comes with 8GB RAM (plus up to 8GB virtual RAM) and 128GB storage (with a dedicated slot for microSD cards up to 1TB). The phone launches with FuntouchOS 12 (based on Android 12).
The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and packs a 5000mAh battery with 44W fast charging that can charge up to 70% in just 34 minutes.
