Finally, Tecno has silently unveiled its first-ever 5G smartphone dubbed us Pova 5G and it comes with a massive display, huge battery, equipped with a 50-megapixel quad-camera unit.
First of all, Tecno Pova 5G features a massive 6.95-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design. It offers 1080 x 2460 pixels, Full HD+ resolution, 480ppi pixel density, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it features a dimensity 900 chipset.
The POVA 5G has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It boots to HiOS flavored Android 11 out of the box. The device comes with 3 GB of virtual RAM. For security, the device is fitted with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Looking at the cameras, it comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel camera, and an AI lens. For selfies, the device is fitted with a 12-megapixel front-facing camera. The POVA 5G offers photography features such as a 4K time-lapse and panorama.
The Tecno Pova 5G is housed by a 6000mAh battery capacity with support for 18W fast charging. The company claims that a 15-minute charge will offer 3 hours of gameplay time. The POVA 5G offers 775 hours of standby time, 55 hours of talk time, and 11 hours of gaming.
Pricing
The POVA 5G will be priced at $289. However, there is no official confirmation on it yet. Also, there are no details on its availability. Hopefully, from January 2022, we’ll begin to know more about its availability.
