For the past few days, the Chinese company, Xiaomi has been teasing the arrival of the Redmi 10. So far, it has revealed the design of the phone and has also confirmed that it has also confirmed some of its key specs.
The company has now revealed through a fresh tweet that it will come equipped with the Helio G88 chipset.
Xiaomi has also confirmed that the Redmi 10 a 6.5-inch FHD+ display that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. For photography, it will come equipped with 50-megapixel quad cameras. It will offer stereo output thanks to the presence of dual speakers.
We are also expecting to see the device come with MIUI 12.5 based Android 11 and offer other features like a side-facing fingerprint scanner, a microSD card slot, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, IR blaster, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The launch date has not been confirmed, but it may break cover as the world’s first phone powered by the Helio G88 SoC, which was announced last month. The new chip offers 2 x Cortex-A75 CPU cores working at 2.0GHz and 6 x Cortex-A55 cores.
For graphics, it features Mali-G52 MC2. As compared to the Helio G85, it comes with support for a 90Hz display at up 1080+ resolution.
Definitely, the Helio G88 will offer a better gaming experience.
