Glo Website Taken Down by Hackers

The grandmaster of data, Globacom website has been taken down by a popular hacker group known as anonymous for refusing to speak up against the Police brutality in Nigeria, as well as not lending their voice to EndSars.

I visited the site several times, and it only displays a connection timeout. Not only Glo website has been hacked but some several others.

Earlier in the week, thousands of Youth across the states and abroad have taken to the street to protest against the Police brutality in the country using the hashtag #EndSARS and #SARSMUSTGO. The protest is still ongoing, and gaining momentum daily.

At the time of writing this report, the site is still down and we don’t know if it will come back anytime soon.

  1. This is good news… Everything in Nigeria should shurt down until we get the change we want. Men are out there risking their lives and others are busy making money. I have been on the Street for over 5 days now protesting. My business is Left behind, my family is waiting… We move… #BUHARI MUST PERISH, #END SARS
