Good day my Prof, please I want to verify this my Airtel offer, which they said with #1000 you get 3gig data which I subscribe January last month, but my greatest surprise is this, Airtel separated the data into 2 places, they called half of it Bonus while the other was the main data, but after using my main data, Airtel refused to show me that their so-called Bonus, and internet connection stopped, so my Prof don’t you see that as scamm? I want to subscribe again but I’m afraid, I’m thinking of getting Etisalat of glo

    • They are suppose to charge the bonus first before charging your main data? Did you chat with their CC so that they can rectify it?
      If Glo or 9mobile is superb in your location, I’ll advice you go for either of the two but chat with Airtel CC on Twitter so that they can rectify it for you.
