Meizu’s latest flagship phone has been launched and it’s called Meizu 16T. It has almost everything you’d need from a flagship device.
Meizu 16T features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display from Samsung, TÜV eye protection certification. The resolution is 1080 x 2232px with 18.5:9 aspect ratio.
The device is powered by Snapdragon 855 with up to 8GB of RAM + 256GB onboard storage. It comes with Android 9 Pie out of the box with Flyme OS ontop.
Looking at that back cameras, the phone carries a triple-camera setup that consists of a 12MP main sensor coupled with a lens with f/1.9 aperture. The main sensor is flanked by an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera is 16MP.
Meizu 16T has an optical in-display fingerprint ID, unfortunately there’s no microSD card slot available and there’s no 3.5mm audio jack either.
It comes with a generous 4,500 mAh battery provides the juice and supports 18W fast mCharge.

The Meizu 16T is offered in three colors – Orange, Blue and Green and the asking price for the standard 6GB/128GB configuration is CNY 1,999 ($280). Adding CNY 300 more ($40) buys you the 8GB/128GB model and the beefiest 8GB/256GB variant asks just CNY 2,499 ($350).
Android 10 and Snapdragon 855+ are out there. How come Meizu omitted these features
