Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 series sold 15 million units in 6 months

Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 7 series might be the firm’s best budget phones yet, and it seems like consumers around the world agree. In fact, the Chinese brand has revealed a rather impressive sales figure this week.

Back in May, Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 7 series surpassed the 10 million milestones and called the victory a testament of “holding Xiaomi values, such as high quality and value for your money.”

According to the latest tweets from Xiaomi, Redmi Note 7 series sold 15 million units globally. Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 7 series includes the Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi Note 7S phones, both of which were launched a while ago.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro sports a 6.3-inch display with full-HD+ resolution and a waterdrop-style notch. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 675 Mobile Platform with Adreno 612 GPU paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The handset runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie out of the box. A 4,000mAh battery fuels the phone.
