Xiaomi has launched the third gaming smartphone to ‘all ye gamers’ dubbed Black Shark 2. And this time around, it’s using a pressure-sensitive display to cram in even more controls.
The pressure-sensitive display lets you map left and right controls to the screen. So you’ll be able to control your games through the screen, rather than by pressing physical buttons.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with HDR support, 240Hz touch response rate with touch algorithm optimization especially for gaming, powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC with liquid cooling 3.0
As far as other specs gamers might appreciate, the phone’s 4,000 mAh battery can support 27W fast charging, and the entry level model comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage — or you can opt for up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It has two rear-facing cameras with 48 megapixels and 12 megapixels, respectively. The front-facing camera has 20 megapixels.
