Mobile phones are just like human bodies, they get tired, and when tired, they
tend to misbehave. Regardless of the kind of misbehavior your mobile phone may
have been

exhibiting, the truth is that it can be fix.

 

So I want to dedicate 4 hours of today in fixing related issue with
your mobile phones. Is your Android, iPhone or about to go Blackberry devices
giving you headache, you’ve tried to fix it but all prove abortive? Then you can
use the comment box to tell us what is wrong with your device and I’m sure it
will be attended to.

Even if everything is wrong with your smartphone, the truth
is there is always what to do to get it back to normal. Tel us the issue and

Prof I keep getting unwanted advert , mostly porn pictures and this has been disturbing what can I do , and each time I swich off my tab and try switching it on againg it comes up but won't work for sometimes an hour before it starts working again and when I check my SD card I keep seeing afile mtklog which keep increasing , what do you suggest

  4. Yomi wen eva i wana on my hotspot on my samsung SCH-1545…it kips sayin MDN or ICCI is not valid…hw do i fix it

    • The MDN or the Mobile Directory Number is used by the data network to identify the particular data service while the ICCI is your SIM card serial number.

      Solution:
      1. Use another sim card on your phone or
      2. do a factory reset to eliminate any software related causes. Make sure to backup your data before proceeding.

    • I guess it is irrelevant pop up ads which can really be caused by malware or some free application he downloaded and then accompanied with this ads. Check his phone and uninstall application that are strange or his not using. Download a better antivirus and use it to scan his phone. it will be fine after the scan.

  8. i changed the font of gioneep2s but the thing bricked instantly.i tried formatting and flashing it with a new rom but the phone has refused to power again..please whats the solution to

    • You made a mistake, you shouldn't have formatted after the bricking. Their is auto font unbricker released by Hovatek which was suppose to heal your device but if the phone refuse to power, or even identified by a computer, then the chances of getting your device back to life are slim.

      connect your P2s to a virus free computer and tell me if it detect it. Make sure you have Vcomm drivers installed on the computer.

  19. Men.. BlackBerry app is fighting with my phone o. Always crashed whenever I open it. Except for the oldest version. The very first android BlackBerry version is working on my phone. And this thing is not happening before. I don't know whether it's because of mod Googlepla or other hacked app. Sha me i no send BlackBerry message message

  28. Good day to you Yomi, not sure if you're getting all my posts because you never replied any till date, I'm going to give it another try today if it works this time. I'm having two issues, first one is with my innjoo i2s. Knew innjoo doesn't have any OTA update for now and I have Android 4.4.2 KitKat on it. I realise its been doubling apps on it for a while and I tried the factory reset several times, it keep repeating the same issues after the reset just few days. I don't know what else to do and sure this must have been caused by malware or virus, do you have an idea on how to fix this? For instance, I have bbm installed four times on it, have other apps with same issues too. Secondly, I have techno p5 with issue, kept giving me phone has stopped so tried using splash tools to load another firmware on it. I was loading the OS when I go this error "BROM ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)". What do I do to correct the error?

    • Please Try the following steps:
      copy the whole Innjoo file to another Location
      then Select the Scatter File from the New location through your SP Flash Tool
      Then, First Format your with The FORMAT Tab, Don't Check Out "Format Whole Flash except Bootloader"

      When the formatting is done..
      Now Download the Flash File to your Innjoo Device.. Cheers.

      Regarding ur other tecno, what is d curr state after loading another firmware?

    • Thanks for the response Yomi, I got the first response but I'm not reloading the firmware for the innjoo but just need to fix the doubling app issues which I'm sure should have a solution. If I install the avast antivirus on it, do you think it's going to detect and remove the malware? With the tecno P5, it won't come up after the error message I posted earlier and I tried every possible means but always stuck at the error stage

  35. hello yomiprof i was trying to flash my infinix hot note pro when it suddenly stopped and since then it has been writting "usb device not recongised" it wouldnt charge or switch on have tried it on other system too all gives the same answer. pls help out

    • integrity yout phome just got bricked, its either it was interiord in one way or the ither during the flashing or it met certain errors,
      to fix it
      wait for few days for the ba3 to drain, charge and flash again, dats y u shud have installed a stock recovery,

      but to avoid anoda story, walk in to any infinix center nearest to you and askask for am upgrade

  37. Pls Prof, i have this Tecno M7 that always restart. Due to lack of time, I took it to a roadside tech, n he ended uo dead-bricking d phone. It no longer power on, show any form of life, doesn't charge but gets recognised by PC. I've tried many means to flash a new ROM it keep saying BROM ERROR: 8 ??. Got 2 ROMs Hovatek n ROMKingz yet they're not working.

    Pls ask if anyone has Tecno M7 ROM backup in memory card I'll pay for shipping(if uploading will be a problem.

    • Hello Chinedu samuel,
      If your pc can still recognise it and it reflect on your smartphone that its been connected to a pc then their is hope. Make sure you have Vcomm drivers installed on that pc and SP Flashtool connect ur phone and tell me if it still recognise it.

  39. I was trying to root my infiniX hot 2 with king root and it worked, then I downloaded SuperSU and it said I should reboot my phone,I rebooted and since then my phone just stays at the initial boot stage and isn't booting up? HELP ME

    • Hello Olaitan, when your rooted your phone with kingroot, you shouldn't have installed SuperSU again because you already have KingUser installed automatically on your device the moment you got a success message after rooting your device.

      The bitter truth is that you have successfully bricked your device and your only chances of reviving it is to unbrick it. See guide on how to brick your device from the below link.

    • Perform a soft reset.

      >>Press and hold the Power key, tap Power off, and then tap OK to turn your Samsung Galaxy Note II off.
      >>Remove the battery. After 30 seconds, reinsert the battery.
      >>Press and hold the Power key to turn your Samsung Galaxy Note II back on.
      >>Test your device to see if the issue is resolved.

  44. Hi Yomi, i know this is kinda late however, But you just have to bail me out. After rooting my Infinix Hot X507, the front Camera quit working and later the back halted.
    I can't even use the device's torch

    • Hello Precious,
      You need to perform a soft reset on your device to fix this issue. If it doesnt, then hard reset will fix it.

    • You can't merge it. your normal data will be paused, while your weekend plan will be active. after the weekend, your normal plan will continue to read.

  48. Mr Yomi biko where can I get a custom rom for my Innjoo max 2? Currently I'm having problems with the tethering function… Sometimes it works but most of the times it won't work even app like xender and flashshare won't be usable until I abandon it for days and sometimes hard reset it then it will work again… when I search online, I was told it's a bug in Android 5.1….

    • hello Olufemi,
      Try wiping your bluetooth cache.
      To do so,
      go to Settings > Apps > Scroll over to All > Choose Bluetooth Share and tap on Clear Cache.
      Step 3: In addition, you can also perform Clear Data wipe via Bluetooth Share option.

      Step 4: Once you have cleared both the cache and data, just restart the phone by switching it off and then turning it back on.

  51. Phantom5 still crashed during upgrade even after unrooting it. But I hav Googleplay mod, lucky patcher and busybox installed on it. Could any of this be the Reason?

    • Non of this could have been the problem. The problem is the root kernel is present on your device. By the way, what do you want to upgrade to? 6.0? Why not do it via SP Flashtool

    • If your camera is taking pictures but they aren't coming out clear, likely the lens needs to be clean. Fingerprints, dust, and even makeup smudges can result in blurry pictures.

      Use a glass-cleaning cloth or a cotton shirt to wipe the lens of thoroughly. If your pictures are still blurry, check your camera settings to see if anything is out of the ordinary.

      Adding a flash for pictures in dark areas generally helps with the clarity of the picture.

    Eversince av bought my infinix hot 2 (2g Ram, 16g Rom) d phone av been unable to show me d phone memory…… Its only d SD card dat av been visible…. Wat do u tink is d problem. Bcos it kinda annoying dat I couldn't make use of d 16g phone memory in any way…. Av downloaded so many file manager apps to knw if d phone memory will be visible.

My Infinix Joypad 8S is misbehaving. whenever I put it on it shows "system UIDs inconsistent, clear your data partition or device will be unstable… Im feeling lucky (button). after pressing the Im feeling lucky button, the message disappears but the device will now be very very slow that you cant do anything on it.     • Was this how it was when you bought it or it just started behaving this way? If NO, and you've done factory reset, I'll suggest you upgrade your software or OS to the latest as available to Camon c8 users

It just shows the red light when connected to the Laptop or when plugged directly to the socket, with or without the battery.

    • Do you have Blackberry 10 Desktop Manager install on your PC? if you don't have it, kindly download it and connect your phone to it. It will reload the operating system >>Give you option for an upgrade, upgrade it and your phone will be normal again.
