Its absolutely not normal. You are not suppose to give those guys anything except if you wish. The last order I received from Post office, the woman only told me "Oga help me with airtime wey i take call you…" so I gave her N200.

How can you connect your modem when you didn't download Tweakware vpn. Social me pack is only ment for social icons like facebook, whatsapp etc and not for browser. But with Tweakware vpn, you can use it on PC or Android anyhow.
