4. Hello pls help me i just turned on my phone from d power savin mode and wanted to put on 3g it now said unfortunately com.android.phone has stopped what wil i do

   • You need to clear the cache and data of the phone app

     To access this option, go to Settings. Then, select Apps. Tap the All tab so that all the apps of your device will be displayed in a column. Scroll down until you see “Phone” or an option similar to it. Tap it, followed by selecting the “Clear Cache” option. If the problem persists, repeat the steps and include “Clear Data” in your actions. Reboot your phone for the changes to take effect.

6. Prof. I have been trying to reload my q10 os but it doesn't connect to the computer, tho it displays orange led light.please, is there any hope for it to wake up?

   • What is currently happening to your Q10 OS? Not coming up or what? do you have bb desktop manager install on your pc?

   • It's not coming up, I have blackberry link installed in my system. It doesn't connect When plugged, only the orange led light turns on when connected to the computer

   • Change ur battery and try another battery

7. Yomi pls is dia solution yet. My phone automatically send an unknown msg to an unknown no each time i restart d phone. It started wen i upgraded to lollipop. I use mtn n glo but d deduction is on d mtn .15 naira each time. Its gettin annoyin. Anybody help plsss

   • D fault is from ur mtn sim, send data off to 131 or call mtn customer care.
