1. Oga thanks but my problem is that I did absolute plan for glo so that I can run Kik n oda android apps on ma z10 and it's not loading them what can I do??

   • just delete the existing apn and create a new apn on it. set it to blackberry.net. no password and username.

Sir.i have a problem with my tecno h5.the screen of the the phone will just off while the phone is on the volume key and the power key will be Woking as wel but the screen will be black.the home key,option key and exit will show light. Until I remove the battery and put it back. Pls what's wrong with my phone.does it brick or not? My phone is free from virus

   • It is unfortunate you don't check all the thread you've created on this same issue almost in four places and I've answered you in those thread you created.

   • If u check the post u will see it different from each other some words are added to it.regarding on the reply on the precious post.I check all the setting on my phone everything is okay.i used another tecno h5 to verify that.and my fine is also free from virus because I used to scan my phone with updated antivirus. So I don't think there is virus

5. The data is not working at the moment, you will only receive a successful massage of 100mb data allocation. I can't even see mine. I have sent 2 to 131 the reply was no data, *559#, *559*1#, *559*2# and *559*4# all the reply's are 0.0mb all over. Please anyone who knows how to check the mb of mtn surprises should post it here. If I browse they remove my money. Mtn I am really surprised

    • It means your phone is bricked. Did you install any app before this incident or you just wake up to find it like this?

    all, the 100MB is working for very fine… My money wasn't deducted and
    i don't have any existing MB on my sim… I don browse and browse and
    browse…#My money is still the same but the problem is that i don't
    know how to check the MB..
    I HAVE TRIED ALL THE *559'S, I DIDN'T SEE ANY OOO BUT AM BROWSING FOR

    • The only solution to this is to upgrade your account to premium version.

    • Meaning some apps are running under ground without your permission. Go to settings>>>Click on apps>>>open any apps you want to stop and click on force stop. Do thesame for other apps you don't want and it will all stop.
