I think you need to hard reset it… it normally happen when you refuse to make subscription on your device for a very long time… Just hard reset it.

Prof I morning sir was able to root 2 infinix zero wit 1 gig ram n 8gig rom but I can't root my 2gig ram infinix zero wat to I do I have used almost all d method u posted here but non worked for it.

Well, rooting gives you the right to do many things with your phone without any restriction. There are some apps that you can install on your device if you are not rooted, you can change your android imei if you re not rooted.
It does a lot of things… It is good you root your device.
