It pains me to my marrow seeing the fact that some Android
users and iPhone users can’t use the Glo Bis on their device. For the iPhone
users, your own case seems classical but will soon be given maximum attention.
But for the Android users, it is very paramount to take risk atimes.
However, I’ll just show you how you can easily generate
Blackberry IMEI for your Android device yourself.

How Can I Generate Blackberry IMEI Myself
==>Download This Software to your PC  here
==>Unrar
the file and copy and paste the three .sys files inside the folder to your
C:Windows folder
==>Double click on GIPv4.1 to open
==>Click
on generate imei. Copy down the bb imei you see without the pin except you have
an ulterior motive.

How Can I
Change My Android IMEI Number To Blackberry?
Disclaimer: Changing of IMEI is illegal in some countries, and
I will not be held responsible for any consequences that befall the changer.
Also, backup your original imei incase anything goes wrong then revert using
the above procedures for changing.

Before you begin, back up your Android phone using CWM should in case it get
bricked.
There are two ways you can easily get this IMEI changing
done which are Mobile Uncle and Terminal Emulator.
How to Change IMEI Number Through Terminal Emulator of
Android Phone-Tab
For Single Sim Device
Requirement:
1. Root Device
2.Terminal Emulatör Download from Play Store or here
Process :
1. Open Android Terminal Emulator
2.Type SU then press ENTER button to get Superuser permmison
3.After that, type this command then press ENTER buttonecho
‘AT+EGMR=1,7,”IMEI_NUMBER”‘ >/dev/pttycmd1
or
echo AT+EGMR=1*7*IMEI_1 >/dev/pttycmd1

For Dual Sim Phones
1. Rooted Android phone or tablet.
2. Install Android terminal emulator app
3. Open android terminal emulator.
4. Type SU then press ENTER
5. Type following command then Eneter echo ‘AT+EGMR=1,7, “IMEI_NUMBER” ‘
>/dev/pttycmd1
6. If your phone is dual-sim, typ this command then ENTER echo ‘AT+EGMR=1,10,
“IMEI_NUMBER” ‘ >/dev/pttycmd1
7. Last step, reboot your phone/tablet and done.
Second Method,
This works best for some MTK devices, click here for
intensive procedures.
Should I Activate Glo Bis on My Android After Changing My
IMEI?
You can do that but It’s more advisable to subscribe first
on bb device before inserting it on your Android device.

  2. Nice one but one question is it only GLO can the procedure work on MTN BB subscription b/cos GLO no dey try for my side at all. Download speed not upto or more than 100kb

    • Is your phone rooted? Better still, try d second method using mobile uncle. Follow this procedure

      Go to play store and install Mobileuncle MTK tool if you don’t have it
      2. Open the mobile uncle tool and scroll to Engineering mode (MTK) and click it.
      3. Click on CDS information
      4. Click the Radio information and you will get phone 1 and phone 2. Depending on the sim imei you wish to change, phone 1 is sim 1 and phone 2 is sim 2
      5. To change sim 1 imei number to blackberry, touch phone 1 and in the popup, touch the AT+
      6. Once you touch the Key board will pop up. In the key board you type any single letter and cancel only the letter you have type. Immediately you can notice the scribes that is required for you It looks like AT+EGMR=1,7""
      7. Click the first row and after 7 you can notice the simple "" delete the last inverted comma and type the Blackberry imei number you generated
      8. Verify the typed blackberry imei numbers, then close the inverted commas "
      9. Click the SEND AT COMMAND
      10. Once the pop up display indicates AT command successfully send.
      11. Reboot your phone and you are done.

    • I get thru all the procedure thru either MobileUncle Tools & *#*#3646633#*#*, but the command Fails (as in not successful) when i SEND AT COMMAND. Phone is rooted.
      Is there a file i can manually edit in the root?

    • Na wa ooo. Bros I think these methods works well on all android with Mediatek processors (Tecno, Gionee, etc mine is Zopo 998 I bought online) and S4 is not (if you mean original Samsung Galaxy s4) I hope you have not messed up your S4. And another thing I hope you did a backup before trying?

    • For those that have problem of 3g swithing back to EDGE download this app from play store "Phone Testing". It'll help you to select WCDMA only so your phone wont change to EDGE again

  16. Yomiprof, I followed all the processes accordingly and I av tried all d commands but none of it worked. My IMEI remains thesame. I am using a rooted samsung S4…..what more can I do?

    • Is it the Mobile uncle method you used or the other. if it's the other, i'll suggest you use them obile uncle method. But be carefull when using it.

I also tried using the mobile uncle but I cant see anything like Engineering mode (MTK)…All I see is Engineering mode and when i click i see Engineering mode (Android). When I click I see device info, battery info, usage stat and wifi info….nothing like CDS information…. Help me out I am lost.

  33. Yomi sir, I've changed my IMEI as directed but my data signal isn't up since then. I use a dual sim phone (Tecno P5). But when i change d sim to another, d 3G symbol appears. Kindly help with the issue. Or must it be sim 1? Cos its my sim 2 IMEI that i altered.

    • Set your apn to blackberry.net
      Save it as ur default on your android. Get a BlackBerry fone and insert the activated glo bis sim, wait for it to come up and browse with it for some time then return it back to your dual android fone. It will come up this time.

    • This method is only for mTk device. Samsung Galaxy is nt an mTk device. Just chill, I'll get SG users a better way of tweaking dir imei.

    The most important thing is dat d imei works well on ur Android. Forget about who owns d imei or its location. Nothing concern RIM with imei usage.

Prof yomi you're awesome, by the way you don't need a bb imei generator , I found an easier method, just get a bb tone copy the first 13 digits of its imei ( a valid imei is 15 digits) as for the remaining 2 digits pick any 2 numbers of ur choosing , there u have a valid imei 😉 worked for me

    • Don't call customer care for assistance, just make sure or look around and get someone using a blackberry phone. Insert it inside and it will be activated. They are actually trying to block it on Android but this is the only way out.

  233. 'AT Command is sent OK' was the message I just received when I changed my IMEI Number on my Tecno C8. Thereafter, I inserted my GLO Sim which I was able to check my Data balance using 'status' Command.

    Thereafter, I received this message: "Welcome! Your Blackberry 8320 cannot receive any setting. Please visit our web site…" Hence, the phone is not browsing. Please, what should I do?
